Our mediation, coaching and consultancy work are founded on a wealth of experience working with businesses, social enterprises and government bodies. This covers a wide range including mediatiing in commercial, contractural, consumer, employment, complaints and the courts, in fields of work from farming to information technology and higher education to housing, care and health. We also provide coaching to support people through a career change and tackling challenges at work such as reaching out to achieve new goals or working through conflicting pressures. Our portfolio of governance, management and consultancy experience places us in a unique position to assist organisations to work through difficult times and develop, innovate and change. We work from two eco-friendly buildings: Green House at Eskhill, a new building in the historic village of Inveresk, and Mains of Rymore, a farmhouse conversion in the foothills of the Cairngorms. About Us
Established in 1998, we provide services to the private, public and third sectors through our partners, Robin Burley and Lindsay Burley. We are both Certificated Business Coaches, Scottish Mediation Registered Mediators and trained mediation supervisors. Our mediation and coaching skills come together to provide us with special experience to assist a range of challenges.
